We understand that procurement and payment can be complicated, so we do everything we can to be easy to do business with. Here we provide some points of contact that can assist with any billing inquiry.

We’re happy to provide any relevant banking, tax, or vendor information to help you coordinate payment. We’re happy to provide information such as verification of taxable residencies and banking details to Hodos Analytix users as needed.

What payment methods does Hodos accept?
Hodos Analytix accepts payments via credit card or PayPal, entered into the app, and charged on a monthly or annual basis. Some Enterprise plans qualify for invoiced payment, where Hodos Analytix will issue an invoice payable via check, wire transfer, ACH transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

How card payments work
Your registered card will automatically be used to pay for your subscribed services each time it renews. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You have agreed to enter into a services on demand arrangement, which means you authorise us to take payment from the registered debit or credit card every time you pay for a subscription pack or add-on.

What taxes does Hodos?
Analytix apply, and what if we are a nontaxable entity?
Under law, Hodos Analytix must assess the appropriate taxes based on your entity legal status and our location.
If you believe you are exempt from taxes shown on your Hodos Analytix Social invoice, please contact [email protected] Please provide the relevant proof of exemption and we will be happy to assist with the proper adjustment.
Invoices and Receipts
For those using a credit card to process payments, all receipts are sent automatically on your billing date to the email address with which you log in to Hodos Analytix. If you do not think that you have received a receipt, please check your spam folder.
You can also feel free to reach out to [email protected] to update or change the billing details or request that another email address receive copies of your monthly receipts.
If you pay via your PayPal account, you should have all of your transaction history visible in PayPal. If you do wish to receive a monthly receipt, please consider switching to a credit card payment.
What if I decide I want a different plan?
You can switch plans at any time. Pick the plan that seems like the best fit and try it on. You can always change your mind.
Are there contracts or commitments?
No commitments. After your 14-day free trial you’ll be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment info. You will be billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access until that billing period is over.
Can I purchase more profiles but stay in the same plan?
Not yet but soon. Additional profiles will be purchased for a nominal fee without the need to upgrade to a higher plan.
How much does Hodos Analytix cost?
Hodos Analytix pricing starts at $9 per user per month for the Solo plan. Standard plan is $19 per month. Brand plan offers additional features for business at $49 per user per month, and the Advanced plan offers solutions for businesses at scale at $249 per user per month. Annually, the solo plan is 108 per user, the standard plan is $228 per year, the Brand plan is $576 annually, and the Advanced plan is $2,988 per year.
Are paiement transactions safe?
Hodos Analytix is PCI SAQ-A compliant. Payment transactions are outsourced to third-party payment processors compliant to PCI-DSS Level 1.
