Can I reply to a fan directly from Hodos Analytix?
Yes you can. You can click on the REPLY button available under all the comments
Can I move a comment to a different category?
Yes, if a comment is wrongly classified, you can move to the class that suits you best. This function is available for Sentiment Analysis and the Opinion Analysis Dashboard and the Mention Dashboard.
Can I delete a comment from my dashboard?
You can delete a comment from your dashboard. Moving a comment to trash does nor mean it is discounted from your consumed quota. Removing or deleting content from your feed does not give you back quota.
What is a mention quota ?
The mention quota is the amount of comments or reviews you are able to receive every 30 days from the day you subscribe. Every comment received on your feed is deducted from your quota.
Once a comment is collected, it stays available in your account.
Removing or deleting content from your feed does not give you back quota. While your quota is over, the platform will stop collecting content. You will need to wait for the next renewal or upgrade your plan with a larger quota limit.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
On free plan: You won’t receive any new comments.
On paid plan: Paying accounts will not receive any new comments, nor will team members who are on the same account. Your quota will refresh on your next renewal date.
You can check how many days are left until your renewal in your Preferences->Quota/Plan.
